Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $10.35 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Database software, Inventory control software, Basic computer skills (will train), Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Manage staff and assign duties, Implement price and credits policies, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use

Other Information: Seeking sales leader who can share knowledge of music/movies with customers. Music industry expertise an asset. Ability to comprehend shifts in trends in the entertainment industry would be ideal.
