Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, MS Word, Excel, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Area of Specialization: Reports, Forms and records, Invoices, Contracts, Correspondence

Specific Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Send and receive messages, Prepare and format page presentation, Prepare equipment or software for type of document, Provide general information to clients and the public, Order supplies and maintain inventory, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
