Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $30,000.00 Y per year for a 35 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, completed university.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, Electronic mail, MS Word, Excel, Simply Accounting, MS PowerPoint

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Technical Terminology: Business, Financial

Specific Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Send and receive messages, Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, Compile data, statistics and other information, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines

Other Information: Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC); Applicants must be 29 years of age or younger and a recent graduate of a post secondary institution (within past 3 years).
