Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence, Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification.

Area of Specialization: Landscape installation, Lawn care, Grounds maintenance

Machinery and Equipment: Tractor mower, Front-end loader, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Resolve work related problems

Security and Safety: Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Large workload

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Continuous learning

Other Information: We are looking for only experienced horticultural men and women who possess a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills & leadership skills. Hourly rate will depend on experience.
