Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $12.00 per hour for a 37 hour week.
Also: medical, dental, vision, group insurance, life insurance benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Finding information, Computer use
