Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job

Salary: will be $20.00 to $25.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification, WHMIS Certificate, Driver’s License (Class 3 or D).

Type of Heavy Equipment Operated: Backhoe excavator, loader, Dump trucks, Asphalt spreader, Paver, Roller

Type of Work Experience: Fine grading and finishing, Sloping and banking, Asphalt finishing, Backfilling, Excavating

Work Setting / Industry Experience: Residential construction

Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment, Perform minor repairs to equipment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Work Site Environment: Outdoors
