Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, completed university. Experience: two to three years’ experience. Work Setting: Public sector Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Word, MS Excel Specific Skills: Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures, Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports, Prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports, Prepare agendas, Make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings, Conduct research, Compile data, Prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executive committees and boards of directors, Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues, Assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings, Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Finding information, Computer use Other Information: Minimum of two (2) years experience. Experience in processing payment and preparing Financial Status Reports. Experience in fiscal year end functions such as setting up Payable at Year end ( PAYE). Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French, read French, write French.
