Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Public sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Word, Excel

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Specific Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, Prepare and format page presentation, Compile data, statistics and other information, Provide general information to clients and the public, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Working with others, Finding information, Computer use

Other Information: Mandatory Requirement: RDIMS. Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Windows XP, Word, Excel. Experience in preparing contracts and financial coding of invoices. Experience working with a database.
