Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, completed university.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, MS Word, Spreadsheet software, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Specific Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Send and receive messages, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance, Secret clearance

Work Location Information: Urban area

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Working with others, Computer use

Other Information: Significant financial experience such as budgeting, planning & financial reports. Serve as a back-up to the Financial & Administrative Officer. Preparing contracts and financial coding of invoices.

Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French, read French, write French.
