Work Setting: Public sector Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet browser Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm Specific Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Send and receive messages, Provide general information to clients and the public, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing Security and Safety: Secret clearance Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available Essential Skills: Document use, Writing, Computer use Other Information: Experience in clerical & admin roles. Proofreading correspondence in French & English. Provide overall admin support to two deputy ministers, the division’s director & the division’s team members. Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French, read French, write French.
