Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $10.25 to $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Paint, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Power lawn mowers, Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Driver’s validity licence check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving
