Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.
Also: medical, dental, vision, group insurance, life insurance, RRSP benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Work Setting: Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, MS Word, Spreadsheet software, MS Excel, Database software, MS PowerPoint

Specific Skills: Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures, Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports, Prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports, Prepare agendas, Make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings, Conduct research, Compile data, Prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executive committees and boards of directors, Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload

Other Information: Executive Assistant professional! For busy President’s Office, min. 15 yrs. senior EA experience. High level user of Outlook, MS Office skills for meeting, travel, calendar mgmt. www.pollackgroup.com
