Terms: This is a casual, part time job, which requires working evenings.

Salary: will be $17.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.

Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Bill of lading, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Trip reports

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Loading and unloading of goods, Use atlases and other trip planning aids

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence
