Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have 2nd Period Apprentice, 3rd Period Apprentice, Driver’s License.

Type of Work Establishment / Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Institutional, Residential

Area of Specialization: General masonry work

Specific Skills: Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units, Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing, Face, size, cut and lay stones, Lay conventional or tongue and groove blocks without mortar to build walls or foundation walls

Additional Skills: Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages

Other Information: Must have own transportation, hard hat & work boots. 2nd /3rd year apprentice or experienced mason. Toronto area.
