Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $12.00 to $23.00 per hour for a 50 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Work Setting: Landscape contractor

Type of Machinery or Equipment: Chain saw, Backhoe, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Assist with landscape constructions, Rake/ collect refuse, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Construct walkways and driveways

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence, Drive manual transmission vehicle

Work Location Information: Urban area

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others
