Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $13.40 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, Health Care Aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate.

Specific Skills: Provide personal care, Provide companionship, Administer bedside and personal care, Change non-sterile dressings, Administer medications, Assist clients to walk, Aid clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
