Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $25,000.00 per year for a 44 hour week.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computerized reservation system, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment, Internet browser

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Process telephone calls

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Computer use
