Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working nights.

Salary: will be $12.90 per hour for a 42 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Manufacturing plant, Warehouse

Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Dollies and hand trucks, Strapping machines, Pallet lifters, Conveyors, Radio frequency scanners (RFS)

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, Pick orders and stock, Weigh materials and goods, Make labels and attach to goods, Wrap goods, Pack and unpack goods, Sort goods, Stack goods, Store cargo and materials, Transport and distribute materials and goods, Maintain and organize inventory, Operate computerized inventory control systems

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: NIGHTS ONLY from 6:30 pm to 7 am. Continental Shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). TEMPORARY up to 6 months.
