Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Mac OS, Windows, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Web site creation and management software, Desktop publishing software, Graphic software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Ensure procedures are followed, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets and parking, Assist in the preparation of operating budget, Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Additional Skills: Delegate work to office support staff
