Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Paint, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Water and tend to plants, Work with minimal supervision

Office/Administration activities: Perform safety and security checks

Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools, Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment, Upholstery cleaning equipment

Security and Safety: Bondable

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling
