Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working evenings and weekends.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, Lifesaving Bronze Medallion, Lifesaving Bronze Cross.

Recreational Concentration: Aquatics

Type of Clients: All ages, Families, Pre-school children, Children, Adolescents

Work Setting: Swimming pool/centre

Specific Skills: Enforce safety rules and regulations

Additional Skills: Provide emergency or first aid assistance

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Ability to Supervise: 16-20 people

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, In/on water, Noisy
