Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.

Type of Bookkeeping and Accounting Experience: Cashiering

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Micros

Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel

Specific Skills: Implement operational procedures, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms, Control inventory, Respond to customer complaints, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Train staff, Supervise staff, Customer service oriented
