Experience: two to three years’ experience. Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20 Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000 Area of Specialization: Consumer banking, Loans and mortgages Work Setting: Credit union Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Direct clerks and tellers managing customer deposits, Authorize loan and credit applications, Oversee the collection of delinquent accounts, Oversee the preparation of reports, Respond to customer inquiries Additional Skills: Hire, train, direct and motivate staff Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Credit check Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Travel expenses paid by employer Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning Other Information: Temporary assignment up to nine (9) months.
