Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Inventory control software, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Work Setting: Wholesale establishment

Specific Skills: Identify, label and catalogue items received, Process incoming requisitions, Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment, Maintain records on inventory control system, Sell spare and replacement parts, Answer customer inquiries

Additional Skills: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Perform general office duties

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
