Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, Red Cross Babysitting course, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.

Children’s Ages: Infant (3 months - 11 months)

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home
