Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Inventory control software

Purchasing Clerk Specific Skills: Review requisition orders for accuracy, Verify stock availability from current inventories, Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers, Set up and maintain inventory control system

Inventory Clerk Specific Skills: Record the quantity, type and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory system, Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, Compile inventory reports, Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
