Specific Skills: Interview clients to obtain employment history, educational background and career goals, Assist clients to develop job readiness skills and job search strategies, Advise employers on human resources issues, Pre-select candidates for interviews, Administer and interpret tests designed to determine the interests, aptitudes and abilities of clients, Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings and entry and skill requirements, Teach clients how to write resumes and prepare for job interviews, Counsel workers on work, and career-related issues, Provide consulting services to organizations that provide community-based career planning resources

Additional Skills: Perform administrative tasks, Use computer applications

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
