Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads, Utilize quantity take-off procedures

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle
