Education: The applicant should have completed university.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Purchasing Clerk Specific Skills: Prepare purchase orders, Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers, Set up and maintain inventory control system, Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records

Inventory Clerk Specific Skills: Verify receipts and packing slips, Compile inventory reports

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning

Other Information: Support Sr. Procurement Manager with execution & implementation of the Procurement Department initiatives; focused on supporting the daily procurement needs of the North American XM line of business.
