Credentials required: The applicant should have Customers’ service excellence certificate, Food Safe Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections

Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Balance cash and record sales, Load buspans and trays, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Supervise other servers and bussing staff, Schedule staff, Train staff
