Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $30.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Install, remove and maintain telephone systems and associated hardware, Test telephone systems to detect faults, Repair or replace defective telephone equipment, Repair or replace switching systems and associated equipment, Determine the nature, cause and location of failures

Additional Skills: Read blueprints, Complete and maintain test and service reports, Dispatch appropriate service personnel

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles
