Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 50 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: the best part of a year.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 3 or D).

Specific Skills: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use atlases and other trip planning aids, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
