Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and evenings.

Salary: will be $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.

Children’s Ages: Over 12 years

Experience with Special Needs Children: Person with an intellectual disability

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Tend to emotional well-being of children
