Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Work Setting: Coffee shop, Restaurant

Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods, Walking

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people, Working groups
