Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.25 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Work Setting: Retail and wholesale distribution center, Warehouse

Type of Equipment: Pallet lifters, Dollies and hand trucks

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Type of Operation: Manual inventory control

Specific Skills: Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents, Assemble containers and crates, Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, Maintain internal record-keeping system, Record shortages and reject damaged goods, Route goods to appropriate storage areas, Pack goods to be shipped, Unpack goods received, Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, Oversee loading and unloading of goods

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Safety equipment/gear
