Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and evenings.

Salary: will be $12.00 to $12.50 per hour for a 35 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.
Also: group insurance benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Accounting software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Sell merchandise, Arrange for billing for services, Receive and log complaints, Access and process information, Maintain records and statistics, Perform general office duties
