Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.25 to $12.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Paint, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Water and tend to plants, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Power lawn mowers

Security and Safety: Bondable

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
