Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $12.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Forklift Operator Certification.

Work Setting: Manufacturing plant, Warehouse

Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Industrial lift trucks and forklifts, Towmotors, Reach trucks

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, Pick orders and stock, Pack and unpack goods

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Work Site Environment: Hot

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available
