Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $30,000.00 to $37,500.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.
Also: group insurance, pension benefits.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Payroll Management Certificate (PMC).

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Excel, Windows, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), Ceridian

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Type Of Payroll Method: Computerized

Specific Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Make deductions and remittances, Maintain employee records, Prepare balances or reconciliations, Prepare monthly statements, Prepare employee payments and benefits, Process forms and documentation for administration of benefits, Compile statistical reports, Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans

Additional Skills: Store, update and retrieve financial data, Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems, Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment
