Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Prepare and issue tickets and receipts, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls, Arrange services required for customers with special needs

Security and Safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence
