Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS Certificate.

Type of Machine or Equipment Set Up or Operation: Power presses, Saws, Drills, Slitters, Soldering or welding equipment

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Specific Skills: Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Computer use
