Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Decision making, Critical thinking, Computer use
