Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be $8.90 per hour for a 35 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training, completed college or technical training, some university.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Bartender/mixology course certificate, Responsible Beverage Service Certificate, Smart Serve.

Type of Bartending Experience: Customer bar, Cocktails, All beverages

Specific Skills: Organize and set up bar, Clean, sanitize and maintain bar, Prepare garnishes, Advise on wine selection, Inform customers regarding contents of cocktails or other drinks, Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages, Record and balance beverage sales, Store beverage and food products, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations

Additional Skills: Serve food or snacks, Resolve customers’ complaints
