Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 37 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, completed high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Type of Construction: Industrial, commercial and institutional, Residential, Sidewalks and curbs, Roads and bridges

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Mucking machines, Grouting machines, Sledgehammers

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Assist in demolishing buildings, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Confined spaces, Dusty

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Public transportation is not available

Work Location Information: Various locations
