Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Arrange for billing for services, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information, Maintain records and statistics, Perform general office duties

Other Information: Bilingual Candidates will support our Warranty Business by answering calls regarding repair service and contract information and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.

Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French, read French, write French.
