Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be 40 hours per week per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Mortar and concrete mixers, Air compressors, Nail guns

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence
