Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computerized reservation system, Data entry, Keyboarding, Basic computer skills (will train)

Type of Experience: Airline reservations, Airport ticket sales, Baggage check-in, Cargo check-in, Pre-flight documentation

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Prepare and issue tickets and receipts, Assign seats, prepare boarding passes and check baggage, Attend boarding gates and assist pre-boarding passengers, Reserve seats for general public, travel agencies and tour companies, Help customers plan travel time and routes, Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls, Make, cancel and change flight reservations, Arrange services required for customers with special needs

Baggage and Cargo Agent Specific Skills: Trace baggage, Weigh cargo items, Process bills of lading, cargo manifests or other documents, Trace missing or misdirected cargo items

Station Agent Specific Skills: Complete pre-flight documents, Relay messages to operations control and downline stations

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Location Information: Urban area
