Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Certified Computer Programmer (CCP), A+ Certification.

Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts

Work Setting: Computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler, Help desk, Computer systems unit, Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Linux, Unix, Hardware, Networking software, Internet, Servers, CAD software (computer assisted software), HTML editing software
