Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and nights. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $14.75 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Work Setting: Manufacturing plant

Type of Machine Experience: Conventional, Computer Numerical Control (CNC)

Type of General Machine Tools: Drill presses, Milling machines, Honing machines

Type of Special Purpose or Mass Production Machine Tools: Automatic lathes

Type of Repetitive Machining Operation Experience: Turning, Milling, Drilling, Honing, Grinding

Specific Skills: Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Continuous learning

Other Information: Two shift rotation, days and afternoons. Must have work boots and transportation.
