Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Staff Responsibility: 101 - 200

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Evaluate efficiency of production, Determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used for operations, Maintain inventory, Prepare work schedules, Schedule and oversee the maintenance of plant equipment, Plan and manage budgets, Direct quality control inspections, Develop production reporting procedures, Oversee the analysis of data and information, Analyze cost and quality data

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews, Establish and implement safe work practices and procedures
